লেনদেন সম্পর্কে তথ্য
- ১. আপনার একাউন্টে পর্যাপ্ত ব্যলেন্স রাখুন।
- ২. একটি মাত্র লেনদেনের মাধ্যমে ফর্মের সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য (চার্জ সহ) পরিশোধ করতে হবে ।
- ৩. ফর্মের মূল্যের (চার্জ সহ) কম/বেশি টাকা প্রদান করলে স্কুল কর্তৃপক্ষ দায়ী নয় ।
- ৪. কার্ডের মাধ্যমে লেনদেনের ক্ষেত্রে, আপনার নাম, কার্ড নম্বর, মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ণের তারিখ, সিভিসি নাম্বার, পিন নাম্বার ইত্যাদি ভালভাবে জেনে নিন। প্রয়োজনে আপনার ব্যাংকের সহায়তা নিন।
- ৫. কার্ডের মাধ্যমে লেনদেনের ক্ষেত্রে, আপনার কার্ডের Two Factor Authentication (2FA) সার্ভিস (নির্দিষ্ট ব্যাংকের জন্য প্রযোজ্য) চালু আছে কিনা তা জেনে নিন। প্রয়োজনে আপনার ব্যাংকের সহায়তা নিন।
- ৬. মোবাইল ব্যাংকের পেমেন্ট অপশন নির্বাচন করে অর্থ পরিশোধ করুন।
