Management Trainee- SCM
Job Responsibilities
- Vendor sourcing.
- Quotation collecting.
- Ensure perfect product delivery with clean document with-in right time.
- Vendor assessment and ensure quality products with minimum price.
- Market visit and new vendor development.
- Follow up whole procurement process at time to time and report to Supervisor.
- Co-ordinate with entire team as well as related development like utility, maintenance, store, production, accounts and audit.
- Maintain right quantity of inventory which will lead to maximizing savings without hampering normal production schedules.
- Continuously evaluate performance of supplies and maintain eligible list of reputed and capable suppliers who do ethical business.
- Establish and maintain high standards of relationships with suppliers for the cost-effectiveness and favorable service.
- Maintain proper follow-up of indents up to the end report the status weekly.
- Responsible for the complete procurement function to ensure timely & cost-effective acquisition of raw materials, ensuring best quality as per applicable standards
- Provide necessary support to business functions.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements
Minimum BSc in Mechanical Engineering, EEE or Chemical Engineering or BBA & MBA in SCM, Accounting, Finance, Marketing or International Business from any UGC approved university
